KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:
A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve completed your reservation.
Need to Cancel?
Please call your KOA’s toll-free number before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee. All Holidays are required pre-paid in full and are non-refundable.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV/Tent: 7 Days required. Notify Lake Bomoseen KOA by 4:00PM two days before your scheduled arrival date.
Camping Cabins: 14 Days required. Notify Lake Bomoseen KOA one week before your scheduled arrival date.
Deluxe Cabins: These accommodations may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check when making your reservations.
Holiday Weekends may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events.

A $1.00 fee is required for each life jacket borrowed. Life jackets are required by law for each person on the boat. Daily rates begin at 8:00AM, half day rates begin at 8:00AM or 1:00PM. All day boat rentals must be returned no later than one half hour before the posted store closing hour. Half day rentals need to be returned by 1:00PM or one half hour before the store closes. Arrangements may be made to take the boat out before 8:00AM by renting the boat the prior night before the store closes. |
